Keep recurring work in shared threads

The organization package includes up to 40 shared conversations with up to 80 messages per thread. Choose the everyday chat workflow for general text tasks or a focused workflow for proposals, sales, company knowledge, and content. Teammates can return to the discussion instead of passing a disconnected answer through email. Give threads descriptive titles and keep one main task per conversation. Export a useful conversation when you need a review copy, and remove obsolete work when it no longer belongs in your shared workspace.

Use instructions and sources deliberately

A reusable template can make the response format consistent without pretending to know facts you have not supplied. For company-specific questions, use the shared document library and inspect the excerpts accompanying an answer. An open-ended chat response should not be mistaken for a grounded policy answer. Include only information needed for the task, respect your team’s data-handling rules, and have a responsible person verify consequential decisions. Model responses can omit context or produce unsupported statements, even when the language sounds convincing.

Understand the package and capacity

Business text chat is included in the $50 USD one-time organization purchase with up to 10 team seats, shared documents, templates, and private API access. Media experiments available elsewhere on the public site are not a promise of unlimited organization image or audio generation. The organization request allowance is separate from actual provider capacity and shared daily generation budgets. Purchase creates an account after payment verification; invited members join under the organization’s paid access. Custom application connections, autonomous business actions, and ongoing managed services need a separately agreed scope.
