Get your first useful result.
Follow a short path from a sample to a reviewed deliverable. No free account is required to try the public demo.
1. Try a sample
Open the product walkthrough or live demo. Review all source material and AI output. Public demos have shared limits and should use sample or redacted information.
2. Activate your purchase
Choose a package on Pricing and complete PayPal checkout. Pending or cancelled payments never unlock a service. After server verification, follow the account setup link and answer your package questionnaire. Existing account owners sign in to add a service. If the payment return page is lost, contact support with your PayPal reference; do not buy again merely to recover access.
3. Save your API key privately
Your purchase key is shown once. Store it in your server environment. If it is lost, rotate it from workspace API settings; the old key stops working. Never place a private API key in public website code.
4. Find and use your purchased AI
Open Dashboard → AI tools and choose your workspace from the selector. Included tools have their own cards: everyday chat, proposals, company knowledge, sales analysis and content repurposing. Your purchased individual service appears here too. Select a tool, set a goal, and paste or import approved source text. Generate a draft, review its checklist, then download Word, PDF, Markdown or CSV. Exports run in your browser. CSV exports preserve table rows when the result contains a Markdown table; otherwise they contain draft sections. The proposal requirement checklist identifies explicit requirement language and leaves evidence blank for human review.
5. Link Google Workspace and selected Drive sources
Open Dashboard → Google Workspace. Connect Google Workspace links your work identity and domain. The separate Connect Google Drive button requests read-only access. This does not import Gmail, calendars or employees.
The organization owner can connect Google Drive and explicitly select Google Docs, text, Markdown, CSV or JSON files to copy into the shared library. Selected sources synchronize hourly, with Sync now available. Original Drive files are never edited. Owners must have permission to share their text with the organization. PDF and Word imports remain available through the library.
Disconnecting Drive removes synchronized library copies and stored connection credentials. It does not remove excerpts already saved in team conversations or retained recovery backups. Delete those conversations separately when required.
6. Understand capacity
The workspace shows remaining per-minute requests, the shared daily AI-call budget, reset times and when quota status was last checked. Shared daily capacity is not reserved per customer. Provider capacity may be exhausted before these counters reach zero. A one-time purchase is not unlimited AI processing.
7. Manage people and billing
The organization includes ten people, including the owner. Additions beyond ten cost $0.20 once, or $0.30 if a new account is required. Owners review the price before payment. Invitations unlock only after verification.
Use People in the sidebar to manage invitations. Download a purchase receipt from Services & purchases. Request refund review through its billing-support action; a request is not automatic approval or a promise of a refund. Refunds and reversals remove the corresponding entitlement. See purchase terms.
