Begin with the requirement

Copy the relevant RFP section and the evidence your company actually has into a short document. Label each source so requirements and company claims remain distinct.

Build a requirements checklist

Choose RFP & proposals in the chat. Ask: “List each mandatory requirement, the evidence supplied, missing evidence, and a suggested owner for review. Do not invent facts.”

Treat gaps as work to do

If an RFP asks for ISO certification but your evidence includes only a support rota, the right result is a missing-certificate flag. An AI-generated statement is not proof of certification. Ask the responsible person for the actual record.

Draft only after checking

Once the evidence is confirmed, request a response using those facts. Review qualifications, numbers, dates, and commitments before including the text in a submission.

Use the result as a review aid

The assistant can help organize preparation. It does not certify eligibility, guarantee a grant, or replace a bid owner’s approval. Keep source documents and reviewer decisions together in your own system.
